Catalytic Systems


OUR COMPANY OFFERS CATALYTIC AFTERBURNING OF ORGANIC COMPOUNDS FOUND IN FLUE GASES, BASED UPON THE USE OF FLOW AFTERBURNERS, OF BOTH REVERSION-FLOW AND REVERSION ONLY TYPES. THE WATER AND CARBON DIOXIDE ARE THE SUBSTANCES OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF ENTIRE CATALYTIC OXIDATION PROCESSES.

 

With the application of our catalytic units, the oxidation in the catalytic processes takes place at the temperature lower by few hundred degrees Centigrade than the normal temperature characteristic for other purification processes, such as thermal ones.

The reversion and flow reactor assisted process, suitable for application if the content of organic compounds in flue gases is found anywhere between 0,7 to 20 grams per cubic meter, is the most popular method implemented by us.

This process allows us to obtain extremely low rates of energy necessary for purifying one cubic meter of gases, in the order of 2W, which is unachievable in similar process conditions by other purification processes.

The sizes of systems developed by us are as follows: 200, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4500, 6000, 9000, 15 000, 20 000 and 30 000 cubic meters per hour.

The bigger units are obtained as a multiplication of individual modules of the above mentioned sizes.

Depending on the construction methods, the guaranteed purification extent for our systems is found anywhere between 93 and 99,8 %.

The catalytic agents applied for our processes are the agents based upon pure platinum, platinum with slight content of other substances, palladium, vanadium, and oxide catalytic agents.
